Graphics card choices

I've got this build https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/ however i need a psu(won't be doing SLI), GPU hopefully a good one to run most games at max prob GTX1070+ (and idk if 1070 can handle 165 hz monitor) while trying to keep it around 2.5k-3 ish can go over but not too much want to run as much as i want a 1080 xD

locked 8700 looks out of place. Get the 8700k.

 

New graphics cards from Nvidia should come in June/July, with prices dropping (just my prediction here) so better use an old card that can last you 8-10 months and wait.

Thank you =) but can i upgrade some stuff if the prices does drop meaning i can get better parts or will compromise components

Don't worry if things goes well ill prob get one or two things better but idk if that will compromise the current build

At this point, worsen the graphics card to improve other things to a reasonable level. It's just a bad time to buy new graphics cards
