Ryzen Build won't post

I tried to test the parts for post before installing them in the case, turned the psu on, cooler fan spins, gpu fan spins then stops then spins again, mobo lights up. But nothing shows up on the monitor.
I've tried changing the ram slots, put the gpu in different slots.
The gpu fans spin individually sometimes but sometimes they stop after 10 seconds random intervals.
The hdmi port of the monitor works as I have tried using my chromecast on it, which works perfectly fine. I suspect a ram compatibility issue?
Here are my system specifications.

Ryzen 5 1600
Zotac 1070 mini
Asus Prime B350 plus
Corsair Vengeance 16gb ddr4 ram(16x1) CMK16GX4M1A2400C16

I saw JaysTwoCents video https://youtu.be/gHAelSOF6f0 9:06
he says that the first boot takes a lot of time and I've waited a lot, what should I do?

Any help or advise is appreciated, Thank you.

I would concur as I don't see that model of RAM on the QVL

Do you have any other RAM you could try?

There's no place like ~

I don't, I don't know how to get a new one, corsair won't give me a new compatible ram, I've asked my friend he'll lend me his ram just to test whether my system posts.

Tried to re-seat the CPU ?  any beep / blink codes ?

I did not, I have correctly aligned the golden triangle to the triangle on the CPU, and I cannot reinstall it as i don't have thermal paste or alcohol to clean the surface. No beep or blink codes, no smell of burning or any vibrations.

  • 2 weeks later...

UPDATE:

It turns out that the mobo was at fault, gave the mobo in the service center and got it back in 5 days.

Installed everything else and the computer works fine, except I cannot hear anything from my front and rear panel audio jack, but I'm getting audio from my monitor headphone jack, no sounds from monitor speakers as well.

Thank you.
