You'll need to poke around in the BIOS a little bit under something similar to Frequency or Advanced Frequency Settings, or something similar. I've never used an MSI board so I'm not familiar with their BIOS.

 

Also, 500 seems really low for a Ryzen 7 1700 on Cinebench...
