Though I admit it is a fairly cool idea, I see this having two major problems:

 

1- If you were to have just a block of ice, there would be no way for the air to pass. Maybe use ice in a radiator instead or something of the sorts?

2- The easier of the would be the fact that ice melts, though you could probably have a drain somewhere between the ice and the pc.

 

All in all still a cool idea!xD

Cool idea, you're basically feeding cold air to the case, so while you may gain a few degrees, I think condensation may form at some point so you'd need to take some precaution. Just something to keep in mind.
