Do I need to screw in the holes on the sides of the SSD and HDD? Also where do I find the cable for the connection on the drives that isn’t the SATA connector?

I have attached pictures of the connection I am referring to as well as the screw holes on the side of the drive.

Hmm? What other cable? From what I know there would be at most 2 on a drive.

NO, you don't need to fill the screw holes you aren't using, they are just for alternate mounting options.

you need the SATA DATA cable for connecting the SSD to the motherboard, you have the SATA Power Cable connected. Generally a new motherboard will include several SATA data cables.
