Mouse Shoulder or Back Problems

Just wondering if anyone else has shoulder issues with their mouse shoulder? I've been dealing with some neck/shoulder/back tighness. Nothing crippling but definitely there.

 

One thing that I've had for years is that my right shoulder is definitely lower than my left. I can definitely see it in the mirror. I've asked my doctor about it and we did xrays, nothing is out of place. I've been to chiropractors and that sort of helps for a while. I'm trying to train myself to use the mouse with the left hand, but it's pretty slow going.

 

Anyway, while watching the WAN show I noticed that both Luke & James have a dropped shoulder (see picture).

 

Here's my question: has anyone done anything to help fix this? Is there a specific medical term that I use to get some better diagnoses?
