Acer Android wont boot

Hey LTT community!

 

I just started having a problem with my ACEr Iconia Android tablet (dont know which version). I cant get it to start. At first it would constantly enter a boot loop. Then I tried to reset it by letting the battery gets empty  - which didnt help - then i tried getting in this mode where there is a black screen saying "no command" so i could do a factory reset. Unfortunately that doesnt work and doing hard resets wont fix anything so i have the ACER logo and then after a few seconds it goes in the "no command" screen. There doesnt seem to be any button combination that works/does anything. Only hard reset but that has the same result again.

So what would you suggest? Could I somehow reinstall the OS over the PC?

PS: "kein Befehl" = "no command"
