I have been saving for a pc since i was 11 and I finally have a shit ton of money

 CPU: i7 8700k

GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 Strix

Cooler: EK-KIT P280

Motherboard: Asus Prime z370p

Don't need the 960 evo or 1000W PSU. With the money saved get a 1080ti

Maybe wait. Nvidia is hosting GTC on the 30th May. I expect they will announce new GeForce cards there, because this will be second GTC this year so what else would they do there when they've already discussed machine learning stuff and things like that on the first GTC and I've also heard that Nvidia posted some kind of teaser which had something to do with ultimate gaming experience, so....

Since you want RGB I would suggest choosing an Asys Aura Sync or Gigabyte Aorus (RGB Fusion) motherboard. Then get compatible gpu, memory, case, and fans to match. This will allow you to control all the lighting from one place and have it synchronized. But if you really want the Spec-Omega RGB case, then pick RGB components that are compatible with its controller.

 

A 1000W psu is almost three times more capacity than needed. Lot to getting a 550W or 650W unit.

 

Get a 2x memory kit. This should leave two memory slots open for a memory upgrade should that ever be required.

Im using the 1000W unit because ill be upgrading in the future and i meant 1080ti. And why would i use a stock cooler i prefer my computer to run quietly and I would expect my pc to run way cooler with my current cooler

 

And I prefer the look of G Skills ram over corsairs rgb ram and im considering corsair LL120 fans.

Well, 1000W PSU is still overkill even if you plan to do an upgrade in the future, unless you want to run two cards in SLI, but I'd say that that is a bit useless nowadays. Some games don't support it anyways.

Check the specs on a Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 850. It will power your system easily and quietly while giving you lots of room to upgrade.

I already have the ssd thats why i listed it and I already decided on 32 gigs or ram with a 1080ti because i have the money for it also i might get a 850w from evga instead of the one that i listed earlier
