I've googled to the best of my abilities and nothing has really helped. I've uninstalled and reinstalled google chrome, I've cleared browser data and such as well. My issue persists. The issue I'm having is almost 100% positively google chrome. Whenever I'm watching a video, be it floatplane, youtube, netflix, etc, the middle of the screen *not the video* has some kind of de-syncing issue? It's almost as if there's a program in the background that's making it lag just enough that I can see the shape of the program. However, every other program is either minimized or on another screen. I've tested microsoft edge with the same videos and don't have this issues. I've tested the videos and browsers on both of my screens and the issue remains on google chrome and doesn't appear on edge.

I'm quite confused about it and not really sure what's going on. Normally, as I said, when I have this issue, it's a background program that once removed or minimized no longer causes the issue. Thanks for any help.

I just checked my setting and it's already off. I must have had issues with something before and found that solution. Would turning it on help? I tried turning it on, and the issue seems to be gone? Will update if it comes back. Thank you for the help so far!
