It will fit fine.

 

Source: I have one of those fascinatingly strange cases and it has a metric butt-ton of cooler room.

You could remove the plastic fins from the top, make a slight cut to the underside of the plastic top tray and mount a Seidon 240M/H100i up there :) The plastic is soft enough to where you can do it with a sharpened knife and steady force.
