i will do RMA but there Contact Information

 

i`m not in US but they told me ship the item for us and we send to you back replacement if there Damage

i still under warranty 

 

Country : US

 

* Province / State: have alot i didnt have idea about and what i use

City : also dont know 

 

* Postal Code: : dont know

 

i would like to know maybe there states fees or Asus stores what i type ?

Unless we are talking about a $4000 laptop shipping might not be worth it.

Give us more info: What device?
What did asus reply?
Which contact info did you use?

I might try to ask them on twitter since social media question are usually answered faster than email.

 

I have to right to criticize your english skills but I have to say I, other forum members might aswell, have a hard time understanding what you mean.

Video card 

What did asus reply : there 1 guy replying his name is Ricardo C i`m sure he didnt know what he saying

he ask me if i know friend in US really i dont like him he answer me right now

friend in the US that card could be sent back to after the repairs are completed.We won’t be able to send the card back to Kuwait. If you have your friend mailing address please provide it.

i want ship the item now but Ricardo C he want i use address my friend in US ( i dont have friend there )
