I have the rival 700s and I cleaned them, i plugged them back in and all the buttons worked, the dpi button did work i changed the button layout to make sure. the dpi is stuck on what feels like 1600 and i usually have it set to 800. The software works, is it my onboard  chip? If so how do i fix it? there are no shortages/dents/cracks. my software seems to work because my mice's screen (yes it has a screen) loaded the right GIF...
