Just wondering

Hi i have a HP 8200 compaq sff slab not tower now i would like to get the GTX 1050 ti Low Profile which i know will fit and work in my PC..But i have see a MINI version of this GPU and just wondering would a MINI fit because they are a little cheaper then the LP. Thank you for you time.. and no i'm not from Canada lol...i'm just a polite person from the U.k

Hey I have encountered a problem which is that my GPU (gtx 1080 aorus xtreme edition) recently being put into a new build recently started making fast fan sounds and then stopping whilst gaming and then just today my GPU completely shuts off when put under pressure the screen goes black and loses signal from GPU and fans on gpu spin to 100% until manually the pc is turned off any ideas as to what it could be?? My PSU is 750w and I have prime z270k motherboard and i7 7700k cpu

Do you know the wattage on your power supply? Need to determine that to see if you can even power either 1050ti's.

Have you tried reseating the card?

 

It might be a bad card if it just shut off on you too.
