Windows start up error

sooo i made the upgrade i wanted...

and with the uneeded stuff i had...i made a pc...But... in that pc..for some reason...

when i start the computer...and its goes there where its ways "welcome" A error comes up and its says...your windows are not the original...wanna upgrade? *chosse* yes or no...buttt...my keyboard and mouse wont work at that momment..so i am stuck there

You need to do a clean install of Windows.

I would try to start in safe mode first, that may let windows advance enough to get the keyboard and mouse working, then you can deal with the license issue and call Microsoft.

well....i tried to go to safe mode...and even at the login screen...i cant move anything...

maybe its windows fault or something? ... (the keyboard works at the start) but it wont do anything after ...
