my main concerted if I put pc into hibernated state and cut power with smart plug,  damaging pc in someway

when it is in true hibernated state it is technically turned off AFAIK.

all the contents of the RAM are saved to disk and the PC is power cycled.

it's 'sleep mode' you should be afraid of - pc is in a weird state - half asleep and half awake, file systems still mounted, ram and mainboard still powered.

I have pc that has wake on Lan feature but for some strange mythical reason refuse to work and after bios update disappear from bios :)

Some i figure all motherboards have feture that wake on after power lost ( Something similar :D )

I intrested if somebody tried using smart plug similar as wake on lan or its possible

What motherboard do you have? Most modern machines I've seen allow the user to choose to have the machine return to the last power state (whether on, off or hibernated). I've never had a need to use Wake on LAN though.
