Hello guys.

I am running 2 monitors for a while now. But recently when I start my PC I get three solutions: resolution of the second monitor is 1280x1024 (most common but can be any resolution), 1920x1080 (which is normal) or the second monitor won't even turn on but it will display msg reading "OUT OF SIGNAL 75kHz/60Hz". First I was running xfx Radeon r9 270x but as it was on end of her life I taught it was because it is dying but then I changed my GPU to sapphire r7 260x and the problem is still here.

PC spec:

CPU: FX-8320

RAM: 8 GB

GPU: Sapphire r7 260x

PSU: Raider 650 W

Some basic MSI UltraDurable motherboard

Hard Drive: WD blue 1TB

Main monitor: LG 25UM58-P (connected via HDMI)

Second monitor: LG 23MP65 (connected via vga cable + dvi to vga adapter)

Running Win 10 64 bit
