whats the specs of the pc ands did it happen before you changed the battery and hdd or after ?

2.4 ghz or 2.6 ghz(dual core amd x64),~3GB RAM,700GB HDD(I used 160GB HDD in the video) and VGA(i can put my dedicated GPU if I want). This PC was like that for months..I was lazy to give it to service and yesterday I decided to try to fix it.I turned it on and It loaded the hardware..as you saw "American Megatrends" etc and then it had black screen for forever..it didn't even load the windows.Today I chanced the CMOS battery and the HDD and now at least it tries to boot, but it restarts,no idea if it's OS or hardware issue.

P.S I wanted to change CMOS battery, because I thought it's original CMOS battery was damaged, because of bad hardware settings etc.And now it's kinda better, but restarts on booting
