I live in Italy and I have a problem with my internet connection. The problem is that the Wi-Fi works fine for like 3 minutes then for 5 minutes doesn't work everytime , it keeps saying that there is no line for internet ...

Even the operator doesn't know what is happening , like we called them 30 times already...

What could be the problem?

Have you tried hardwiring in to see if you get the same results? Are your router / modem / wap seperate or all one unit? Either way, are indicator lights showing the connection to the internet is dropping or are you only losing connection to the wifi itself?

Hello,

Is the router is the ISP's device, or do you have a normal router after the ISP modem?

You could check what is happening with the device when the WLAN is going down. Can you log in to the router while it's having the issue? Maybe it will tell you what's happening.

Your probably getting interference for another device the 2.4 GHz band is horribly over saturated especially from pre wifi devices.

I didn't do any handwiring, and I lose connection to the Wi-Fi intself, like there's a red light indicating there's no signal for WiFi...

I do have a 5.0GHz option, I tried that but it still kept interrupting...

Uh I can't , because without connection to the router itself , it doesn't allow me. Like I tried to connect from my Mobilenet but it didn't allowed me to enter....
