Turn down the RPM. At 5v or 7v a 200mm fan cannot possibly be that loud. You must be hearing a different fan.

I'm not.. Because the other fans in my case are AF QE fans from corsair and my psu is dead quiet. And I was testing where the sound was coming from by unplugging the fans one by one to see where the sound was coming from.

I would but I don't really like the look of them.

When there black fans come out I'll get them for sure.

Those black fans will be industrial grade, meaning LOUD! either that or they might not make them at all

The 600T and 650D both have a design oversight concerning the circle mesh that sits infront of the 200mm intake. It creates turbulence as the air is pulled through and therefore added noise. You could either cut out the mesh or move the fan back from the mesh (putting spacers between the fan and mesh) to fix it. If you want you can test this for yourself by unscrewing the front fan and placing close to the mesh then moving it away, you'll notice the difference in noise levels.

The Bitfenix Pro fans are more powerful and quieter, but still, the more air that's pulled through the mesh the louder the sound of turbulence will be.

Black Noctuas are never coming out. Those rumored ones are for industrial use.

Do you have the 200mm at 5v?

I'm not really up to cutting the mesh out knowing my luck I'll cut through something that I needed and ill stuff the case.
