Does processor Supported ram speed & Size make any difference...?

i Wanna Buy Intel Coffee Lake Processor (Intel® Core i7-8700K), When I See Specification in Intel It Saw Supporting Memory Size 64GB and DDR4-2666Mhz.
I Want To Get Clear If I Use Corsair DOMINATOR Platinum 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200 and Asus ROG Maximus X Formula It Work Better Or There Have Any Issue.
Please Tell Me..

You can run RAM at 3200MHz, the processor will just see it as an overclock.
