The stock Pentium cooler

Definitely should upgrade that as well. Here's one suggestion, though case brand may get flak from some, it's decent looking and includes 3 good 140mm rgb fans (not software controlled though)

The fans are the main pro, it doesn't have the best intake airflow though for example the one Quad linked above would do better because of the front not being closed off. It should be noted

Scratch this, apparently the included fans aren't the ones in pic, they change from one solid color to to another not several colors at once so you don't get the rainbow effect shown if that's what you want from RGB (many people use RGB to change from one stationary color to another instead of color changing effects). There's several good cases but ones with included good RGB around the $100 mark are hard to find, or I'm not good at finding them

Will my PC be able to power 75hz monitor...??

Coz 60hz ND 75hz are at almost same price

Yup, get at least a 75hz. Should be able to do PUBG and GTAV at around 80fps 1080 max settings. CSGO would technically be over 200fps

If you can get a 144hz even better

Resale greatly depends on location imo since it normally doesn't make sense shipping cost-wise for most older systems, best bet is to check local used prices and compare and adjust according to that. Honestly though, it's probably not much
