Hi! So recently I've been trying to access the UEFI BIOS on my motherboard for the first time, and I have been met with this: https://imgur.com/a/SGt5GVO it is a Biostar z270GT6, and I know people have had problems with BIOSTAR, but this is the only problem I currently have with it (though I suppose it is a pretty big one problem), and before I begin the RMA process I was just wondering if I was doing anything wrong to access it? I just want to make sure before I have to go and use fuel and all that stuff for one motherboard.

I have tried:

Using ROM1 and ROM2 to boot up - no luck

Asking BIOSTAR to help - no luck

Booting to UEFI settings from Windows as well as spamming the delete key - no luck

Clearing CMOS values, though this is where I'm worrying I might be doing something incorrectly. When I clear CMOS I go and make everything boot up in UEFI. Am I supposed to do that or is there a different process?

Thank you for your time.
