Pc keep restating help

I shutdown my pc then turn it back up then this this happened please help.

i clean the ram and gpu and it's still not fixed?

It might be a bad PSU or your CPU is over heating. Have you checked your CPU temperature?

No but I did clean the CPU fan I didn't have thermal paste on it

Then apply some compound on it and check if it works.

I don't have some ATM but I am sure it's not the CPU over heating PSU is fine there is some thing else wrong with it? It was working fine just 1hour a go

No it's just turns on for like 3-5sec then turns off nothing shows up on the Monitor.

Still I think that its the PSU. If you have a spare PSU then try it.

Ok I will take to a repair shop and see what he said I am not gonna repair it if it cost more then 300$ ?

Dude no need to give it in a shop. You can do it yourself if you didn't apply any thermal paste to CPU apply some and see (I'd suggest using a nonconductive thermal paste like artic MX-4). If it is still restarting over and over again then clear the CMOS on some motherboards you have a button which you press (on others you need to short the pins together your motherboard manual will tell you which pins to short and where are they located). If it still doesn't work and your computer keeps resetting then it helps to press the reset switch on your motherboard which will reset everything. 

 

note to self: it is completely normal for a computer to sometimes restart a couple or a few times after a bios update. You should completely calm any abrupt power loss or you pressed the reset or power off switch during a BIOS update can and will brick your motherboard so please be careful.
