I'm trying to find a decent Liquid Cooling Case, preferably a Mid-Tower case, I'm liking the Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced but im not sure if it would be the right case, right now I like NZXT Liquid cooling parts like the Kraken G10 and Kraken X60. Let me know what you guys think, I would prefer if the case has good air flow and a big side panel window.

The Arc Midi R2 would be a good option I believe, or you could even go mATX with the 350D and still fit a 240 rad for CPU and 240 rad for GPU :)

Current rig: i5 4670K | GTX 670 | Asus Z87I-Pro | Silverstone Strider Plus 600W | Custom mITX case | Seagate Barracuda 3TB | Samsung 840 120GB | G430 | CM Storm Quickfire Pro - MX Red | LG 21.5"

the HAF912 is not a good water cooling case. will not accommodate the X60 without

case modifications.

big side-window is AIR540, 750D, a lot of the NZXT cases.

water cooling with options, air flow and window is fractal design arc midi.

change the case!

honestly, the roof is not ideal for any AIO, most have the rad installed and the

fans externally mounted (EEEWWW). the 912 has been around for years and

i'll google images of water cooling for the 912 and it is the same pix, very few.

i like the case and have always wanted one, but it just wasn't feasible to redo

the entire chassis.

alright what about without the water cooling, im just really picky with cases and the 912 advanced is the one im kinda set on, I do also like the Cooler Master HAF 922 Black Edition the only reason im not set on that one is because it doesn't have a side window, would that be difficult to add in a side window to that case??

for air cooling they'd be fine. just fine, not great. it'll take some better fans that the cases

come with to make the cooling better/best. but, when you increase the fans in those cases

they tend to get "tinny" and airy in noise and seem to be "loud" cases. if they do it for you,

then don't hesitate, but there are newer cases that might not have the aggressive look

of those, but are far better in air/water cooling. for under $100 the Fractal Design Arc Midi.

alright thank you! and one more thing, the top of the case has a 200mm fan slot but can hold 2 120mm fans, would i be better of with 1, 200mm or 2, 120mm?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2p8lO heres the parts im interested in

looking at the parts build, noice. i just scored another 8350, but this time with the giggy UD3.

i liked the Crosshair, but wanna do something different with no red in the theme (LOLs).

personally, id use the 120mm fans over one big 200mm. you can throttle the 120s down

with a bit more granularity. and if you go for the 2x 120 in the front, use the SP fans for

the intake. pulling air into the case through a filter/chassis is a performance killer. the added

static pressure promotes more flow. and if you can swing it, use the PWM fans. they can

volt under 500rpm.
