Windows BLUE SCREEN on startup

I have a Windows 10 laptop running the latest version. I have a device hub that is connected to my laptop via displayport. If I start my computer with the hub connected, I get a blue screen. If I start my computer without the hub, it starts fine. I have tried to reinstall windows. It did not help. Do you think that this is a driver problem maybe?

It will either be a driver or hardware issue that is causing a sleep/wake bugcheck with Windows specific to that particular hardware hub you're using. USB-hub sleep/wake issues go all the way back to Vista, or even earlier, where hubs with certain hardware chipsets just don't play nicely with Windows on certain computers because of poorly written drivers or chipset incompatibility. Try another brand of hub, or see if the manufacturer has updated drivers available. You can also try booting with just the hub connected, but no devices plugged into it.
