But the biggest question for me is WHAT do i do once i switch mobo, ram, cpu because according to pcpartpicker i have to update my bios, which i have NO idea how to, would appreciate if some1 here could like give me step by step "guide"

PCPP is telling you to upgrade the BIOS because you chose a B350 motherboard. Older AM4 motherboards need a newer BIOS to run newer Ryzen chips. If you want to avoid any headaches about getting an upgrade kit from AMD to upgrade the BIOS (they would send you an Athlon CPU that you have to ship back once you are done), you can buy a X470 motherboard or get a Ryzen 5 1600. You could save up with the cooler (maybe get a Cryorig H7 instead) and get a X470 motherboard.

I would get faster RAM if it's in your budget. Something around 3000MHz. Ryzen performance scales well with RAM speed (until 3200MHz at least). An SSD would be nice as well.

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 Black Mobo: Gigabyte X870E Aorus Pro GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ 9070 XT RAM: G.Skill 2x16GB @ 6400 MHz SSD: PNY XLR8 2TB PSU: Corsair RM1000x Case: Fractal Design North Monitor 1: Asus XG27AQWMG(280Hz) Monitor 2: Asus VG259QM (240Hz)

The RAM for sure. The motherboard yes, as long as you have updated it to the BIOS that supports Raven Ridge APUs.
