Your personal favorite Crypto echanges?

I'm having issues finding alt crypto exchanges that do Alt (LTC or DOGE) -> BTC -> USD (paypal or bank check) Anyone know of any that allow US users?

What i do for LTC is:

 

Take LTC, send to online wallet at https://btc-e.com/

Trade LTC for BTC

Send BTC to CoinBase.com wallet

Sell to CoinBase.

 

I go through CoinBase because i have had trouble with getting USD from btc-e

cryptsy does almost every currency out, i can trade primecoin,litecoin,bitcoin,dogecoin and like 30 others that i have not used yet

I use VirWox to buy Bitcoins using Paypal. They have the option to cash out using Paypal and directly to your bank account.

 

I've heard that its fees are high though. But I don't know of any other place to check out with Paypal.

I use CoinedUp to sell my Alt coins into BTC, then I sell them for Skrill or cash in hand.
