Everlasting Mouse Headaches

Hey LTT. Reluctantly, I'm going to have to replace my mouse. I currently use a G303 Daedalus Apex which I liked a lot. It had the compact form factor I prefer. For the last couple months my left click has been half broken. It constantly double clicks and I can't hold it down to drag anything. This makes doing work for school a nightmare. I cant highlight anything or drag windows around without huge hassle. Unfortunately this mouse is discontinued by Logitech so I can't get another. I have an old Deathadder that I replaced because it has no middle click, and the sensor will randomly wiggle the cursor around. 

 

I'm hoping someone can point me at a good mouse that is a similar size to the G303 but for cheaper. I'm in my last semester of college and I'm running on fumes as far as money goes. I still want to be able to game so I don't lose all of my sanity.

Hey geo3! Thanks for the suggestion. Zowie mice are supposedly fantastic, however it is almost the same size as the deathadder which for me, is too large. $60 as well is higher than what I'm hoping to spend.

The fk2 by no means comparable to a Deathadder in size. It's smaller in all 3 dimensions and the feel of it in hand is night and day. I can't speak to the g303 as I've never held one, but the FK2 is definitely on the small side.

Corsair Harpoon. 

 

2 side buttons, DPI switch. Cheap. Cheerful. And extremely small in comparison to my G502, part of my reasoning for upgrade.
