USB audio help

i recently purchased this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KMXB1TI to go with my modmic 5 because my system doesnt supply the 5v phantom power required.

 

the listing boasts a 24 bit and 96k hz sample rate yet when i plug it in im limited to 48k 1 channel.

 

im using win10 and x-99 deluxe mobo, did i get scammed or am i missing something?

tested it on my laptop too, looks like a straight up lie, anyone have suggestions on wat i can use to supply my modmic with the required power without losing the quality?
