Motherboard usb ports faulty?

Hi,

I was using my computer today and I was listening to music, Suddenly the music stops and my computer says that the internet was plugged out (i was using a phone hotspot with usb) and then it re-connected itself and then I continued to listen to music and my headset lets off a very loud glitchy type sound and keeps doing it every few seconds. And then whilst that was happening my keyboard and mouse just shut off, I tried unplugging and plugging back in the keyboard mouse and headset but they had all just stopped working, no lights or anything. I had restarted my computer and the headset was still making glitching sounds but my keyboard and mouse were working. after changing my audio to the speakers from the headset and then back, There is no more glitchy sounds coming from the headset but as i am typing this my internet is disconnecting and re connecting over and over.

If anyone knows what is the issue please help
