Get 3000 MHz RAM.  Ryzen benefits from faster RAM, and you're already in this budget range as well.

Good choices on storage and case.

Motherboard and power supply are good, but overkill if performance per dollar is the main consideration

Do you need any silence or cooling?  Do you need peripherals/monitor?  Do you need a hard drive?

PC Build: R5-1600.  Scythe Mugen 5.  GTX 1060.  120 GB SSD.  1 TB HDD.  FDD Mini C.  8 GB RAM (3000 MHz).  Be Quiet Pure Wings 2.  Capstone-550.  Deepcool 350 RGB.

Peripherals: Qisan Magicforce (80%) w/ Gateron Blues.  Razer Naga Chroma.  Lenovo 24" 1440p IPS.  PS4 Controller.

Audio: Focusrite (Solo, 2nd), SM57, Triton Fethead, AKG c214, Sennheiser HD598's, ATH-M50x, AKG K240, Novation Launchkey

Wishlist: MP S-87, iPad, Yamaha HS5's, more storage

Great, I will purchase RAM at a later date as I already own 2400mhz which ill try to OC to something higher.

What Mobo / PSU would you recommend which be value for money or best price per dollar.

Silence would be great, any suggestions? No peripherals or monitor needed. I already own a 2TB WD HDD.

if u already own 2400 mhz, then just keep it.  id buy 3000 mhz if i didnt have any.  but if you already have it, its not worth the hassle.  u can probably overclock anyway.

im not an expert on psu's, but the $50-75 price range is optimal.  99% of enthusiast builds don't need over 500-550 watts.

For Ryzen right now, it's probably the X370/X470 PRIME-PRO from ASUS.

PSU right now I believe there's a 650W G2 on sale for $70 or something like that
