Windows not loading?

Hi,

 

I built a PC for my grandfather yesterday, and it worked fine. Then he brought it to his house and sent me this email:

I plugged my mouse, printer, keyboard, into USB ports, the monitor by an HDMI cable, the router into an, I think that it is called, a LAN port, and the computer into a wall outlet.  I turned on the computer and a strange thing happened.

I got a message on the monitor:      GIGABYTE - - - - - - -

Then,                                                  Picture of little window

Then message:  No signal, entering power-saving mode  (the first time only when I turned it on, I also got the message, something like: windows not loaded), then the screen went blank.

 

The "GIGABYTE--------" is the bios loading screen. He could just not have something plugged in right, but until I have time to go to his house and fix it...

 

Any suggestions?

I told him to check the boot order.

 

I shouldn't have to re-install windows, as I just installed it yesterday. Worst-case-scenario I'll try it.
