Depends on the currency you use to be honest, in the UK I looked up an equivalent modern processor (the i5-7400) and took a rough guestimate of 50-60% of it's value. That'd be about £70, or around 100 us dollars.

 

I had a look on ebay and saw the i5-4440 for sale for about £85 used, with bids starting at around 70, so my guess wasn't far off.
