Not sure if you can do 3200mhz, on my weekend PC I got 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance sticks that will only run stable @2933mhz on my b350 MSI Tomahawk Arctic mobo.

Just overclock the clockspeed (mhz, e.g 2133mhz -> 3200mhz), there is normally no need to tweak voltage or timing

You may need to update your bios though. I couldn't get my memory to run stable past 2400 mhz until I updated it on my Asus Crosshair VI.

Pretty urgent

can I run the G skill trident Z 3200C16 16GTZB on my Asus Prime B350 plus with its listed 3200mhz ? What should I do to OC a ram ? Like changing the CL? Or Voltage? I am new in OC a Ram

Once your bios is updated to the latest version, you should only need to enable the XMP profile in your bios. That automatically sets the timings and voltage needed for the kit to run correctly. However, if the kit only has XMP profiles that have been tested on Intel platforms, the XMP profile might not work.

If the XMP settings work, you're all set.
