Around a week ago i got done building my desktop and when i finished i had plugged in a hdmi cable, however it did not connect. Everything on the inside runs; the fans, the cpu cooler and the rgb lights on my motherboard runs smoothly, now when i tried a hdmi cord it didnt work i even tried useing a vga cable which also didnt work.so then i went on youtube and rewatched the tutorial i used to set it up, i rewired everything and still no display.

After toiling with it i went back on youtube and looked up other ways to get it to work but none of the reasonable ways worked. So now im here and im hoping its not a motherboard issue bc its gonna be a pain in the ass to get a new one.

Ballistics sports ddr4 8gb ram, evga 500w power supply, amd ryzen 3 cpu with a wraith stealth cooler and a b350 pro-vdh motherboard.

You need a graphics card. Ryzen CPUs other than the ones ending in "G"(such as the 2200G or 2400G) have no integrated graphics, so you're not going to get anything displayed without a dedicated graphics card.
