What are you trying to cool? Unless you have an i9 or TR two fans is more than enough, the benefit of 4 over two is minimal. 

 

Otherwise good choice, you won't be disappointed.

I just want to make it so i dont have to check my 8700k temps when its under load on 5.0ghz

The temps on the 8700k will be a problem regardless. This is due to the TIM being used between the Die and IHS. So it means regardless of which cooler you get, after a certain point the bottleneck is going to be the TIM unless you delid
