New build, what do you think?

What do you guys think about the parts I've picked? I already have an HDD and a SSD.

I also have a few questions:

What are the differences between an ASUS 7970 DCUII, DCUII TOP and the DCUII MATRIX?

What type of a motherboard would you recommend for gaming? Is the one i chose good or will I need a board with more features?

The Asus P8Z77-V LX2 looks like it suits my needs. Does anyone have any experiences of it?
