It is possible.  Its called a Chillbox, but you need to use a Air conditioner rather then a Refrigerator as the Fridge has a very small condensor/evaporator and just isn't meant for any significant thermal load inside its system.

 

Where a decent AC can handle a house with electronics and people inside it radiating heat no problem!

AC Condenser inside a Cooler filled with coolant that is chilled and Pumped to the Sealed PC box inside

 

Then coolant is run through the components and through a Radiator in the box, THE BOX is sealed from outside air, so all moisture is frozen out of the air at the Radiator.
