You want to use your PC's built in audio output while using the Dell monitor. This doesn't work now, but it did before you installed the new GPU. Am I understanding you correctly?

What motherboard do you have? Looks like there's no audio drivers other than NVIDIA drivers.

Main rig: i7 8086K // EVGA Z370 Micro // 16GB Gskill TridentZ 3200Mhz CL14 // Sapphire Pulse RX 7800XT// a variety of noctua cooling // Corsair RM750x v2 //  Fractal Meshify C

Secondary rig: R5 3600 // MSI B450i Gaming Plus // 16GB Gskill FlareX 3200CL14 // MSI GTX 1080ti Gaming X // Cooler Master V650 // Fractal Meshify C

Audio setup: Audient iD4 // Adam A7X // Sennheiser HD 650 // Sennheiser HD 25-II // Audio Technica M50x // Sennheiser Momentum 4

I want to use the headphone jack on the pc io since the monitor cannot use the mic of headphone. It did work before I used another gpu from other brand.

My motherboard is asus h110m k

Try to download and install the audio drivers for the motherboard again. If that doesn't work, I'm clueless.

Yes. Let us know how that works out. It is strange that the motherboard outputs have disappeared from Windows. If reinstalling drivers doesn't work, maybe there are some BIOS settings you could try. I know you can disable motherboard audio I/O in certain BIOSes, perhaps you can reenable them?

How did it work out?

Also, while searching for something else I stumbled upon this:

5ad09f305160e_Audiooptions.png.2ef089e112c1ba16f14092b921277f86.png

Basically it says "show deactivated devices" and "show unplugged devices". If one of these are unchecked, some options disappear. Maybe that's what has happened?

I checked both of them, all they showed are the one listed on post2
