WEB Browsing PC Build Help

Its been some years since my last PC build and have been out if the loop too long. 

 

I need to build a PC for a neighbour who will be using it primarily for web/email/YouTube etc. 

 

Any suggestions on MB/CPU combo?

Do you have a budget?  Do they need new parts or a prebuilt?  Desk or Laptop? The specs for your system are pretty light, and a prebuilt or refirb could meet the needs for very little money.

hm..

Core i3 2100
1x4gb DDR3
Any cheap LGA 1155 mATX motherboard.
It's a core i3, so even old OEM PSU's over at least 250 watts would power it.
I would suggest never getting a used SSD, for obvious reasons, so here I recommend a new Samsung 860 EVO
