Smartwatch screen issues

My ticwatch s seems to be having some weird screen issues. Last time this happened I turned it off and let the battery drain for a few weeks before recharging it and bam, fixed. It seems a lot worse this time. Any ideas?

 

There seems to be burn in and empty lines of pixels but the burn in happens after about 3 seconds of an image being on the screen and there's also this weird purple spot... see the image
