Dead motherboard ?

Can someone help me ? 

 

I have problems with my pc : it doesn't want to start properly, it is not alwys turning on by pusing the powerbutton. I have tryed almost everything including opening the pc case and turning it on by hand (of coarse did not work), also swapped a new motherboard battery in (did not work) 

 

Can someone help me please ?
