I wanna build a new pc and ive got some suggestions from different people but im still very confused about what i should buy.

so first thing i have to note is that i live in israel and pricing is very different here, however, some close friends are in the us now so i asked them to get me a gpu there because it would save around 100$ for me this way, but the other parts are bought here, so they are abit more expensive.

my current budget is around 1200$ maybe less(im accounting for the higher prices in israel).

help pls.

It's hard to put together a build because I don't know what the prices are in Israel but this is a good reference for what you should be looking for.

i went ahead and checked out the price if it was in israel, the graphics card is literaly 120$ over the price in the us god i hate the prices here, but even if i get the graphics card in the us, i feel like the cpu is still way too expensive for me, maybe a downgrade to i5 8400? and isnt the cpu cooler abit too overkill or is it because that specific model clocks up higher and puts out alot more heat

Yes, the idea with using that CPU cooler is that you would overclock the CPU, which requires a good cooler.

An 8400 would still be a great CPU. If you do go to the 8400, the stock cooler that is included is adequate.
