Hi, i recently tested my line throw the Router page and it showed 24 mb/s which the speed my line can handle, I'm subscribed to up16 mb/s i was in my line test period which was one week now my line is 15 mb/s and keeps disconnecting every hour or two and takes up to 15 minutes to retrain i wanna know is my line bad or it is an isp scam from which they can downgrade it to 8 mb/s with the same price?Screenshot_20180408-225258.thumb.png.8b913e88d371390f1e9b7aef78fdaf3d.png

Have you tried using other tools to test the speeds? Also what is your network setup (DHCP server/router, switch, ap, ex) and what kind of router/modem are you using

Another factor with dsl is how far you from the nearest ISP station, long distances could cause flaky connections. Also try a different dns, could effect it if the isp provided one is bad.
