A lapptop doesn't recognize a RAM module

Hi, I was trying to put a RAM module from my old laptop into a new one. I was almost sure the laptop won't see this stick because it is rather different from the one I have and. . . it didn't. But since AIDA64 can recognize it, I'm curious is there a way to make this thing working?
(I guess what I've written here is quite unclear, so here are some screenshots)

Biggest thing that I see is one is a DDR3L and the other is a plain DDR3. Using different voltages. Can drive one and not the other.

first of all they have different timings, second of all different capacities and third of all voltages are different, if u mix ram atleast match the latencies + voltages

No wonder it doesn't recognize or is able to use all the ram.  None of the timings are even close to each other let alone identical.  The only thing they have in common is they were made by the same company.

Well, it was just my curiosity to try to make it work. l know they're different, just wondered if it is possible to do.
