Bandwidth simulator for web developers

Is there a such thing as a bandwidth simulator or limiter that I can use to test the websites I build for load times? Thanks.

@newcbomb I haven't found one myself but the Firefox Dev Tools can simulate mobile throttling. Either click on Responsive Design Mode and click on the words "No Throttling." This will allow you to simulate it.

Chrome has it under developer tools > Customize and control DevTools (3 dots) > More tools > Network conditions. Other option is Netbalancer or Netlimiter

Slightly easier: Developer tools - Network tab - next to Offline button is Online button. Clicking that gives options for differnet network conditions.
