So for a couple days now Windows would freeze sometimes around 10-20 mins after boot, and today i did some cleaning up by reinstalling all video drivers, doing file integrity checks and reinstalling some C++ redistributables. So far there has been no freezes but i just noticed that my PSU wattage and GPU clocks would drop significantly at times for some reason.

Heres some pics from afterburner:

keep in mind that these were not taken at the same times.

My temperatures are fine both CPU and GPU side so i doubt its thermal throttling as my GPU temps usually max at around 75 degrees celcius. Oh also the freezes started happening after i got myself a new table and we had to move stuff around, though all my wires seem to be inserted properly. Any ideas? Is my PSU going bad?

that's not PSU wattage, that's wattage measured by the shunt resistors that monitor your 8/6pin connectors on the GPU.

I'm going to need a more in-depth look on those graphs.

You seem to already know MSI Afterburner, but please provide that file as is demonstrated in the latter half of the post. Seeing as it's an AMD card, please also make sure to enable the Unified unified gpu usage monitoring in the General tab of the settings.
