Hello

First of all, excuse me for my bad English.

Im setting up a new laptop for my dad, and of course it has a OEM Windows 8 installation which i have upgradet to 8.1.
My question is, do i have to make a system repair/recovery disc like i had to on Windows 7? (Best practice)
Or is it Okay, if the time comes, to download a W8 OEM version and use that for system reinstall.

I hope it's written in understandable English .

thanks in advance
- Thingo

It is harder to do for Windows 8. You can try this: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-SG/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only

Personal Rig

i7 4790K | Asus Z97I-WiFi | CM 280L | Sapphire R9 290X Tri-X | Kingston ValueRAM 2 x 8GB | 128GB Samsung 840 Pro | 2TB Seagate SSHD | Seasonic Platinium 660W | Bitfenix Prodigy
