This sound is what my is coming from my computer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWE9e9ZEJOE. Any ideas...

It sounds like it is coming from the psu but i just replaced it with an RMA after 24 hours it started again

The psu is a corsair tx650 modular well semi modular... Nothing is in the fans i have stopped them all and none of them are making it. the HDD both sound silent the only thing i have not done is pull the gpu. The sound stops when the psu fan kick on. Help corsair has been impossible to work with on this 45 min support waits and the works... i cant even figure out what triggers it dose it whenever it feels like it. seems like it might be a thing with corsair psu... i might order a replacement and seek a refund its ungodly annoying.

That sounds like something is hitting a fan. Open case, check that all fans are clear from extra wires etc. If it still continues, re-RMA PSU. And maybe think twice before picking Corsair again...

While after several hours of research last night i have come to the conclusion it is a TX series wide problem... Strange how it never comes up in the dozens of review i read before buying it... might just have to drop the hundred dollars on a new brand.
