Would strongly recommend going and getting an apu

My current build really sucks (pentium4, .512gbs ram, hd 1950x, etc.) so i found some reasonably priced upgrades that i think will work:

I play alot of d3 and sc2 and i figured that these would work, i just want to make sure that im not doing anything wrong so.... yeah, if there's a cheaper way to play d3 and stuff without lag that would be nice to know, and if you cant already tell i dont have that much money, the bang for my buck is all that matters. and a..... am i posting this in the right place? thanks.

Whats your budget? Also an APU would be a better option..

PC: Corsair C70 Arctic, FX 9370, Corsair H80i, Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3, Corsair Vengence 16gb, Palit JetStream GTX 970, OCZ Vertex 4 128gb and Western Digital Blue 1Tb + 500gb, Antec Gamer 520w

Peripherals: Logitech G19 and SteelSeries Sensei RAW

Toshiba L50-A: i7 4700mq, 8gb, 1TB HDD, GT 740M 2gb

about 150 (im pushing it, not all of it is my money) and your right about the apu but thats like 20 more bucks
